Phenolic resin filter cartridge
General introduction:

The magnetic filter also called strong magnet iron remover, which combined with several permanent magnetic rods with a specially designed magnetic circuit, when the liquid passes by, the iron particles (0.5~60 microns) or other tiny magnetic objects in the polluted solution will be absorbed on the magnetic rods so as to clean the liquid according to the design or requirements.

Technical specification:

The magnetic rods number: as usual designed with 5~18 rods, special quantities can be customized.

Magnetic intensity: 8000~12000 gauss for option

Flow rate: 5~30CMH, special flow rate can be customized

Service temperature: normal application is 80 degrees C, maximum is 300 degrees C, design according to client’s requirements. (without special requirements, the design will according to normal occasions)

Service pressure: 0.6~1.2MPa can be customized.

Properties:

1. Adopted the permanent magnetic rods, surface magnetic intensity up to 8000~12000 gauss.

2. The magnetic intensity is strong, combined with the optimized magnetic circuit design makes the liquid touch with the magnetic rods sufficiently, with good iron particles remove performance, and easy to clean.

3. Can remove the 0.5~60micron iron particles or other tiny magnetic objects, improving the filter effect for the traditional filter materials.

4. The surface material can be SS304, or SS316 after the polishing treatment can meet the food grade requirements.

5. The filter without energy consumption, without other consumable material included, easy to assemble and clean, lower maintenance cost.
