The Filters For Room Air Purifying Applications
For improving the air quality for living rooms or the public occasion buildings (theaters, meeting rooms, schools, etc) or some clean rooms for lab in hospital and the other possible places, the filters will be needed.
The filters requested to be installed are divided into several grades and installed one after the other, they are primary efficiency air filters, medium-efficiency air filters, and high-efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA). Which may installed one or two or according to different air quality requirements.

The air conditioner filter mesh, roll material and ready made filter panel/filter sheet
General introduction:
To improve the room air quality protect the compressor of the air conditioner and make the system keep a stable and high-efficiency working state, the air inlet side of the air conditioner always needs to install a filter panel for primary filtration.
The traditional air conditioner filter mesh adopted the natural material with simple knitted which with the disadvantages of lower dust load, can not stand the wet weather and easy mildew and rot, poor regeneration ability, so getting a new mesh design is necessary for the same usage.
Zonel Filtech adopted the polyester, nylon, PP, and PE materials and weaved them into a kind of honeycomb construction mesh, which is widely used for air conditioner primary filtration, with perfect performance.

Medium-efficiency pocket air filter

Pocket filters are made of framed nonwoven eco-friendly energy-saving filtration material with the properties of high filter efficiency, bigger dust load, and low resistance, can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications as well as specialty applications such as oil mist collection, fume collection and collection of heavy concentrated file airborne contaminants.
The properties of the pocket filter from Zonel Filtech:
1. Frame material available: galvanized carbon steel, aluminum alloy frame, S.S. frame, plastic frame, etc.
2. According to different circumstances, the filter media available are synthetic nonwoven media, fiber glass pocket media.

HEPA Filters
The general introduction of the HEPA Filter:
High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter also called HEPA, which is a type of highly efficient filtration media that removes microscopic particles from air that passes through the filter. Such particles include tobacco smoke, household dust, and pollen. HEPA filters are most commonly found in household vacuum cleaners and air filters. Depending on their usage and indoor air quality factors, it is suggested that HEPA filters be replaced every 12 to 18 months.
