Phenolic resin filter cartridge
General introduction:
When daily operating the bag filter housing, we may face the following problems:
When the micron rate needs to be absolute grade, then the flow volume of the filter bag will reduce sharply, also the price of the filter bag will increase much;
When the flow volume increases some but we don’t want to change the filter housing, then the resistance of the filter bags will be much higher, and maintenance works will increase sharply and cause some more problems, then the pleated filter bags or high flow volume filter cartridges for SS bag filter housing was developed to help to solve the relevant problems and brings the good performance.

Technical specification:
Size: OD 6”; Length: for the bag filter housing size #1 and size #2.
Flow direction: from the inner side to the outer side.
Material: filter material is multi-plies PP, cage with PP material, and sealing with EPDM/NBR.
Adaptor/connection: top with the sealing ring and same design as the filter bag, can replace filter bag directly; the top cap with fixed design and extendable design.
Micron rating available: 0.1~100 microns absolute.
Max operating temperature: 80 degrees C.
Max DP: 3.5 bar @ 80 degrees C.

Properties:
Can be changed with #2 and #1 micron rated liquid filter bags freely;
Bigger filter area designs provide high flow volume and longer operating life;
Innovative top flange design, with good sealing performance, easy to change the filter elements;
The flow direction from the inner side to the outer side, all the particles will be collected in the pleated filter bags, and won’t pollute the filtrate.
All the connections are ultrasonic welded, without any additive, food grade.
